Gala and her family were perfect hosts. Friendly, welcoming and easy to communicate with. We really loved the breakfast we had and would definitely recommend it to others. The room is spacious, tidy and really comfortable. The house is well located for exploring Mostar's old town and close to the bus/train station too.

Extremely lovely place. Didn't meet Gala , but that was fine as we were hosted by her mother who was an amazing host, respectful and welcoming, the bed was fantastic in a nice big room, very close to the old town where we were recommended a great meal, we also had the traditional Bosnian breakfast in the morning which was a great price and delicious, would stay here again in a heartbeat

Thank you Maida for your warm welcome to your lovely home. We enjoyed exploring Mostar, eating at the restaurant you recommended and then returning to the comfort of our room. My husband said the bed is the best he's slept in since leaving home Facilities are excellent and your Bosnian bread and coffee are superb. We enjoyed talking with you. Thank you. Shona.

My hosts, Maida & her husband, Dragon, were absolutely wonderful in their accommodating & hospitality. I was greeted with Maida making me some Rose Tulilp juice & Dragon picking out the juicy, gem-like seeds and serving me them in a bowl. Later Maida introduced me to Bosnian coffee. Their home was really two minutes from all that matters. Old Town, The Old Bridge, The Crooked Bridge, Coppersmith's street, & Hammam's Square. And only a 10-minute walk to the bus & train station. They had a night cap of cherry brandy or fruit tea in the mornings. They gave me space & were there when needed. I would stay there again if I ever get back which I will because I drank from the water fountain and sebilj which according to local legend means that I will return someday. And that's groovy. Then I get to stay again at "Two Minutes From All That Matters". Gala was in Italy, but I may meet her & buy her a cup of coffee (not Bosnian) in Arrezzo, Italy. I briefly met their younger daughter, Iris, who is a college student. Their parents are very proud of both of them. I totally recommend y'all to stay here while visiting Mostar.

Gala's family home is very comfortable and inviting. The family is also very kind and welcoming, and explained about lots of things to do in Mostar. We had great fun in the city despite some pretty bad weather. It is such an interesting city, steeped in history both old and recent. We only had one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Gala's flat is perfectly positioned for accessing the fantastic Old Town of the city and we would definitely recommend staying there.

The room and bathroom are huge and the place is so close to everything you could ever want to see in Mostar! It's all a short walk away to sights and restaurants and coffee, banks, etc. The hosts were amazing, nothing in the world like Bosnian hospitality! She provided an incredible breakfast with homemade jams and and homemade herbal teas and Bosnian kafa. I enjoyed trying homemade brandy as well and the hosts were incredibly kind and gracious! They called a taxi for me and helped me every step of the way with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place. They have a beautiful home and treated me very well.

Easily one of my best airbnb experiences ever! From the moment I arrived at the bus station, to find Gala kindly waiting for me ( even though it's a perfectly easy and straightforward walk) and carrying my rucksack, to Maida organising a taxi when I left, I felt warmly looked after. There were endless wonderful drinks - superb Bosnian coffee ( and I'm fussy about my coffee!), fruit juices, herbal tea, and a glass of red wine at one point. Then there were the amazing homemade breakfasts, which set me up for the day, including homemade bread, jams, preserves etc. Added to this, there were chats with Maida on the terrace. Of course, the room itself was great - full of colour and character, and a wonderfully comfortable mattress. I slept really well on both nights, and enjoyed the luxury of my own well-appointed bathoom. Overall, an unforgettable experience, thanks to the lovely super hosts. I missed this place as soon as I left - but I'm sure to be back, as I didn't get to see Blagaj, or the Dervish Monastery. Big thank you to the whole family.
