The host was friendly and welcoming and provided useful advice about the area. The place was exactly as described, it was clean and there was air-conditioning and a tv with many channels.

We had a great time at this beautiful studio with lots of traditional and modern details. The communication with the host was very good, even transfer from and to the airport was provided for a more than fair price. The neighborhood seems very safe and we loved everything about our stay at Hien’s. Definitely a highlight of our Vietnam trip, we totally recommend!

This place was such a joy to stay in, just like the pictures and in a lovely area. It was a great way to experience local life, neighbours were very friendly and we felt right at home. We ended up extending our stay as we didn't want to leave. Could not recommend more highly! Although we never met Hien face to face, he was there for everything we needed from recommending great restaurants to letting use his washing facilities. Thanks again!!

Very nice apartment to stay in. Wonderful to have HCM's Mausoleum complex, old quarter, west lake, Temple of Litterature, with other things within walking distance. The host is very kind, and pretty good at English.

We only stayed for one night but loved the apartment. It is a little too far to walk to the more touristy areas but an uber/grab into town is very cheap and we appreciated being out of the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. There are some pho stalls right outside and lots of other shops and a market a short walk away. There is also a nice green space (public gardens) a few minutes walk. Had everything we needed for a short stay including tea, coffee, washing powder etc, wifi and TV both worked fine and some maps and guide books on the bookshelf. The apartment itself was very cosy - we liked the whitewashed walls and pallet furniture. Would definitely stay again!

Hien was really helpful with every question we had. It is a nice accomodation and there was no streetnoise at night.

The place is tucked away and safe. I liked its proximity to gardens, cafe and local pho stands. Host was on vacation while I visited, and communication response time could have been faster. Electricity and water did not work for first six hours, but once they did the apt was as advertised. I think I would advise trying to book when host is there, as I was a bit stressed by uncertainty at times. However, everything ended up working out in the end and it's a great place, as evidenced by other reviews.
