Handmade gypsy wagon on our view property in beautiful, quiet Plain, WA. 14 miles from Leavenworth. Close to many outdoor activities. Queen bed, shower, composting toilet. Simple camp cooking, fridge and sink. Covered deck with fire pit. Great for a quiet, simple getaway. no pets please don’t even ask. Also, if you plan to party, drink excessively or use drugs, even legal ones you are not welcome here. Absolutely no smoking on the property.

The space
This is a gypsy wagon parked on our property. Please note that it is in view of (across the lawn from) both our home and wood working shop. The wagon has simple cooking facilities: a gas cookstove and minigrill on the outdoor table, small fridge and freezer and sink inside. The bathroom is tiny, 2'x4', with a composting toilet and shower that has on-demand hot water. In caring for the wagon, we use all natural and bio-degradable cleaners and detergents without strong smells.

Guest access
Do not rely on your gps to get you here. Carefully read the directions and follow them.

You will see the wagon right at the top of the driveway to the left. Please take note of parking sign.

Other things to note
I have a custom woodworking shop on the property and you may see me around the place. Feel free to pop in and chat if you like but otherwise I will most likely just leave you alone unless you need something. We have two dogs Sitka the big fluffy one and Kya the corgi. The are very friendly and may come over to visit especially Kya who thinks people exist to pet her. Please push her down hard if she jumps up at you. Trying to train that out of her.
