竹院，是一栋四居复式别墅，有客厅有厨房，可以做饭，烧烤，有早餐机，电陶炉，鸳鸯火锅，全套厨具调料。二层大露台，有休息区大躺椅可以一览山景。

房子为国内知名建筑设计师设计，现代与自然的完美融合。卧式超大飘窗，可见山色美景，民宿对面山泉涓涓溪水。室内现代化生活用品一应俱全，水泉水入户。
