3 small, double rooms in a warm, cosy eco-home with a big heart. You will find yourself most welcome. There are takeaways of every type and shops at the top of the road. The city centre is only a short walk & the road is a cul-de-sac so it's nice and quiet.
It's a small, warm home with a big heart. Optional veggie/vegan breakfasts for a small extra cost are made with locally sourced organic ingredients and can cater for any dietary requirements. Toast, cereals, fruit, teas and coffee are on the house.

I live at the listing and am available to help anyone staying to be as comfortable as possible. I'm self-employed and often work from home. I don't have a TV but can provide a screen for viewing DVDs and there's free wifi for watching I-player on your device.
I simply love Norwich and enjoy sharing information about the many fabulous things available here. It's an ancient city, safe, clean and friendly. Wonderful independent shopping quarters take Norwich into the top ten shopping places in England. There are 2 cathedrals and many historical buildings for those interested in history and architecture. Lots of local bands and performers choose from a whole host of lovely venues. Over the years I've done extensive research into Norwich's eateries and indie cafes and have found some real peaches. The university (UEA) was voted the best quality of student life in the country. Plus we have peregrine falcons regularly nesting atop the second tallest cathedral spire in the country. There's also a huge permanent outdoor market and a stunning central building called The Forum which holds events that are usually free to watch or participate in.
There's lots of public transport, regular buses, cycle lanes and places to hire bikes, plus many pedestrianised streets to give you a great walking/shopping experience. Norwich is a small city so you can walk across the centre in half an hour and discover it's quirky side streets and thriving community hubs.

I'm a veggie, eco-friendly home and like to live lightly on the planet. I have 3 small (warm , clean and comfortable) double rooms to let. I love nature and always use the very best organic, locally sourced ingredients (wherever possible) in my breakfasts. Tea, coffee, cereal and toast are on the house. I love creating healthy green smoothies and creating new recipes and fresh juices.
