Pascal was extremely helpful throughout our stay and even before we got into Paris. Clear directions to where the metro stops were and a few gems in the neighbourhood. Definitely worth the stay if you don't mind the stairs.

Pascal is a very nice guy who is working on art.Artistic and clean room where you can have a nice rest. The most fantastic thing is the best view of Paris city on his balcony.Wine and breakfast he prepared for me also made me satisfied. Also nice talk with talkative host. All in all it's a wonderful living experience there.

Pascal is a friendly and accommodating host. The apartment is very nice and has a great view. The only downside is that the immediate area around the apartment is not that great. However, it is less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Great value for the price.

Pascal is a great host. It was lovely to chat to him when we arrived and get some tips about the area. The view is even better in the flesh than in the photos. We had a hugely enjoyable stay in the flat and loved the area. The cafe at the top of Parc de Belleville was great, as was Buttes Chaumont

The fabulous view of Eiffel Tower over the balcony of Pascal's apartment was really really amazing. It was far more beautiful than the description photos. We really enjoyed it so much. We had our dinner on the balcony. Pascal was a very nice guy. We got some problems before we arrived Paris, the train delayed for a few hours, Pascal was patient, and he waited for us. It was a very good first impression of Paris because of Pascal. His apartment was very clean and tidy. The decorations and lighting were romantic. It really feels like we were home. The location of the apartment was quite far from the city center, but there were metro stations nearby and they were easily located. I would definitely stay here in my next visit to Paris and introduce to my friends who would like to come.

When you are choosing where to stay on you vacation in Paris - consider a residence that you will be excited to come back to after a long day of walking and taking trains. Pascal's provided us with a home that my wife and I were EXCITED to return to. Sitting on the Terrace or Looking out the dining room.. seeing Paris in such a way.. it was a great way to attain a level of rest and reflection on the marvelous city that Paris is. In fact - it was such a magical view over Paris that we weren't worried that we couldn't visit all of the museums/monuments.. we were just pleased to 'live' amoungst them in a way much greater than staying at a hotel. A flat without a view is.. well.. might as well be in any city and feel no different. Pascal's flat has a view that will make every moment of your stay feel like you are in one of the most beautiful cities on earth. Ok - aside from the stunning view (Eiffel tower is much closer than it appears in pictures) - there are parks, grocery stores, and a metro all within 100 yards. We'd wake up, walk down the bakery - get fresh bread - walk half a block to an organic grocery store - get breakfast food - and have breakfast at a beautiful terrace as we planned out the day. Then, we'd return and spend time on a relaxing living room with a balcony door nearby. Spacious shower, nice bedroom with its own balcony. Please consider the temperature outside before planning to sit out on the terrace! Please consider, many stairs to climb to get to the apartment (worth every single step x 2). Pascal gave us a tour of the neighborhood when we arrived. He also was lenient on the check out time.
