Yes, the home is an older style of home, but it is very clean and comfortable.
We do have more newer homes available. I'd like to recommend that next time you're looking for a property in Florida, please reach out to me before booking and I can recommend a home that more closely matches your needs and preferences.
We do have a lockbox on the air-conditioning unit because of the repeated damage by other guests. However, we are always happy to unlock them, following a short demonstration of how it works. We did try to arrange this with you during your stay, but couldn't gain access due to dogs staying. We're only 2 doors away from this property, so it would have been no hassle to walk you through this if you'd given us a time or returned our calls. We are here to help and make sure you enjoy your stay.
Also, I'd just like to reassure you that based on your feedback, we've replaced the towels and bedding for the home. Again, we would have been happy to do this during your stay if you had made us aware of your dissatisfaction during your stay.
We do provide a starter pack for guests and this includes toilet tissue in each bathroom (6 for this home). Once this runs out, we do expect guests to replace. The home is rented on a self-catering basis and we do state this in the paperwork. We try and prepare guests as much as possible.
Finally, we don't expect guests to clean / wash the bed linen... it's great if you can help out, but it's not essential. If any questions like this arise during your stay, please call - we're always on hand to answer questions.
