So before we begin our review, we are super hosts in Venice, California and are choose our places to stay carefully. Great flat on the top floor (6th including the lobby floor) with an elevator. The neighborhood is one of the most expensive areas in Munich with very nice flats and houses in the city. Down the street (5mins walking south) is a bakery, pharmacy, small grocery store, bank with 24hr ATM and another specialty grocery store. All the major attractions in Munich are 15mins away (20 euro via Taxi) and there is a bus stop close by if you prefer this route.
The main bedroom is great and very spacious. The single beds are small but comfy. The beds are lacking extra pillows and blankets. Extra towels were provided when requested. Be prepared to bring your own soap, shampoo, and other toiletries but the flat had no hair dryer. Bathroom is smaller but typical for Europe with great water pressure for the shower and the water stayed hot for 4 adult showers in the morning.
Iron and ironing board is available. Wifi is great and fast. A recommendation is directions for the washer/dryer in English and other languages. Also a guidebook with phone numbers for taxi's, nearby resturants, bus schedules or where to find them online and what neighborhoods to visit for dinners and entertainment.
Checkin is simple, you will be greeted by the host or his lovely mother who will bring you up to the flat, show you around and leave promptly. Very nice. There are 2 full sets of keys for your use.
Would recommend this listing for max 4 adults but if you have taller guests for the 2nd bedroom (which doesn't have a door only curtains for privacy which work fine) those single beds may be to small. I am 6'1" and it fit me just fine.
