If you are a group of four or five you can book both room this room together with our other listed space and have the whole of the upper floor of our house.
You have your own living space, and share a large shower room and toilet with one other guest room. You also have access to another toilet downstairs. We provide a light breakfast. There is a private parking space next to the house.
Interaction with guests
We interact with guests as much as suits our guests and us at the time. We respect that people usually would like some privacy (as do we) but we also like to be sociable some of the time.
Other things to note
The room accommodates only three people, and we don't accept extra people in the room.
Sorry, we don't provide cooking or laundry facilities.
We ask you to be quiet after 10.30pm, especially coming in and out of the house and your room.
You can smoke outside our house on the covered verandah, but not indoors.
We ask you not to wear outdoor shoes in the house - you may want to bring some slippers.
No cooking or eating of cooked foods (including soups) in the upstairs of our house.

We live in Kiruna, Sweden, far north of the arctic circle. Lynne is originally from London, England, and Rolf is from Sweden. We love the open landscapes of the far north of Sweden, and the very cold white winters. We find the environment here both beautiful and challenging and we enjoy sharing our enthusiasm for the area with guests in our home. When we travel we find that the time spent talking to people who live there is what brings a place alive for us.
We both like to explore, walk, not going anywhere in particular.
