While there is no full kitchen on-site, we do provide a basic hotel-like setup for your stay, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and dishware. Premium linens and towels are also provided.

Newly renovated by its architect-owner, you will find the highest quality construction and materials throughout. The spacious studio features a king size bed, full en-suite bathroom, and dressing area. It is both luxurious and very private. The bathroom features Lefroy Brooks fixtures, a walk-in shower room, 3 way shower system, steam generator, and custom tile wall.
The studio is accessed through a private entrance. It is separated from the rest of the parlor floor by a large door which remains locked for the duration of your stay.
Interaction with guests
While we assure you will have complete privacy during your stay, we are also fully compliant with NY State law, which requires that the host is present. So don't be surprised if you hear people in other apartments in the building occasionally! And naturally, if you need anything during your visit, please just let us know.

Since we live here year round, there is little extra space for your things in our closets and dressers. However we always carve out enough room for your things. An iron and ironing board will be provided upon request.

We subscribe to a 'named guests only' policy, which means ONLY the persons named by primary guest at the time of booking are permitted access to the unit. Primary guest must provide their name, telephone number, and a current social media profile on LinkedIn at the time of booking.
He/she must also provide the names, hometowns, and ages of all guests within 24 hours following booking, or reservation will be canceled. Any exceptions must be agreed to in advance of stay in writing. All identities will be confirmed at check in.
