Great location - 500m walk to town/shops, 300m stroll to the beach, 2 minute stroll to the Four Square, butcher, cafe, restaurant, and takeaways.

Free off-street parking.

The space
Clean and tidy homely space with fully functional kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom/shower, and washhouse. Furniture is tidy and functional. TV is modern and has the full range of Freeview Channels. If you have good mobile data the TV can connect to the internet thru your mobile hotspot and a full menu of other apps and programmes. You need to use your own login to access any apps you want to use, we don't provide access to these apps.

Kitchen and washhouse are in original 1980s condition and all function 100%. Bathroom has a new vanity and a separate spacious shower. Kitchen has a large fridge with a separate freezer at the bottom, a stove with oven and 4 elements, a microwave oven, and everything you need to cook meals - pots, pans, cutlery, plates etc. There is no dishwasher.

The linoleum in the kitchen and washhouse is original 1980s but the rest of the house has been recently renovated with fresh paint and wallpaper all round and new wool carpet throughout and new lino in the bathroom and toilet.

Furniture is in very good condition and from an earlier decade, but once again functional and comfortable.

Please take this into consideration when booking. It is not a state of the art modern motel/apartment with the latest kitchen and amenities; it is our family bach that is homely, comfortable, very private and close to the town centre. Please respect that it is our family home whilst staying.
