FILTHY beyond description. Dirty walls and doors. Old linen and towels. Developed burn and itch all over our bodies within first 48 hourS. Had to wash the linens and towels ourselves. This place has been neglected and should not be advertised for rent.

I´m very sorry about your disappointment but I would like to clarifiy a few things: 1) Apartment is painted once a year. So the condition of walls is the the normal use after one year (one year and two months to be exactly). They have just been painted so now their condition is great. 2) Linen and towels are also changed after some time too. They are actually not old and I can prove when they were purchased. I left more than 15 towles there at the apartment, so sorry if some of them were not as new as the majority. 3) I don´t know how the burn and itch are related to the apartment bedsheets. They are clean and totally desinfected after every guest comes to the apartment. At this point I may say that Betty claimed a refund of $500 to Airbnb saying she had to go to the doctor because of the itching she felt. But this was rejected from Airbnb. The diagnosis in the medical certificate she sent did not show any disease that could be related to the apartment. So Airbnb gave us the reason. I was surprised about her claim, specially after she said she would want to buy the place and wanted me to let her know if it was on sale sometime. That´s something Airbnb knows too since I sent them the screenshots. So it´s very strange that someone wants to buy a place which is in such a "bad condition". I just see in this case someone who wanted to take advantage, even after I tried to be very helpful with them (organizing the airport rides, making dinner reservations). So, I´m also very disspaointed too.
