Place paper towel over food in microwave .
Remove all traces of food from anywhere in the apartment and place in the garbage can.
Please do not use the beds to eat or drink.
Rinse or scrub food off all dishes used and place on counter.
Remove all trash from anywhere in the apartment and place in the garbage can.
If spills occurs use sponge or paper towels to remove.
Do not rearrange/move furniture.
Remove shoes If they are wet or dirty.
Do not use bath towels for removing make up or cleaning .
We provide dish towels and paper towels and tissues. Notify me if paper towels and tissues are low and I will be happy to bring more .
Do not do anything that would adversely affect the condition or use of the property or its contents .
We remove all trash bags, clean surfaces, sweep, laundry,wash dishes,vacuum and general cleaning.Please be courteous of the other apartments in the building. Please keep the building quieter after 10 PM.

James made us feel incredibly welcome and we couldn't have asked for a better host. In town for a concert, we were given a personal guided tour of the area as we made our way to the venue. Not many people go above and beyond these days, but James did and we appreciated that! Warm, inviting and with plenty of room for two, this place has a great story and a really cool vibe. It's located in a nice neighborhood, within easy walking distances to bars/restaurants. Next time we're in the area, we know exactly where to stay!

Location is AMAZING! I walked to dinner, to shop, to the co-op. Easy to uber anywhere also but all you need is within a few blocks. Big open space with pretty wood floors and big windows. Would stay here again for sure!

We loved staying here! It was a very cool space - the hammock was a nice touch! The beds were super comfy, the stained glass windows were beautiful, and we enjoyed cooking there, too. It was very easy to get to, and check-in and check-out were a breeze!

This place is a serious steal! So close to many great bars and restaurants. It used to be a church so the studio is huge and there are beautiful stained glass windows. It's bright and open and there's even a hammock. Will definitely stay here over any hotel on my future Madison trips!

Best location in Madison on Willy. Few steps from Restaurants, Coffeeshops, bakeries, Bars AND the amazing Willy Co-op grocery store. Huge room, a lot place to set up a camp for a few days. Only downpoint. U cannot open the windows, you rely on the AC.
