The space
Aegean Seaside View residence will bring peace and relaxation to every visitor. It offers a unique panoramic view to the bay of Parikia and the closer islands, since it is located on a hill only 1,1 km from the city center. The apartment has been renovated in 2020 after several years of being a private family residence. Cycladic architecture and style are the inspiration for the exterior and interior of the residence accordingly. The traditionally paved courtyard and peaceful veranda with olive trees provide a refreshing shade.

The residence is built out of stone that provides coolness at the inside and is painted white to be in harmony with the environment. There is a simple seating area with a TV, a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, all with brand new mosaic floors. Two bedrooms with double beds and sea view can host up to 4 visitors. Each bedroom has a modern fully renovated bathroom with shower. In case that the visitors exceed the capacity of the bedrooms, the couch can turn into a double bed and the residence is able to reach the capacity of 6 visitors. Generally, hygiene and sustainability are highly considered during the renovation and operation of the residence. Car or motorcycle is strongly advised to all residents.
