The appartement is really great and the location is perfect to visit the centre of Dublin. Gerry, the host, was very nice and welcoming when we arrived.

Gerry was very friendly and we were welcomed, he was kind enough to tell us where to park our car, which is not easy in Dublin. However, we were very disappointed with the apartment, the carpet in the apartment is dirty, the 2 sofas smashed, the kettle unsecured as well as the electric cooktop which is very very worn. Also for 4 people only a tiny table (usable for 2 people) is at our disposal with 3 chairs, the 4th being an office chair. Too bad because the entrance of the building is very welcoming but this apartment deserves a rejuvenation. Good location compared to the center of Dublin (about 30mm walk).

Nice flat in good location (20' walk to St Stephen's Green). The flat is just as it looks in the pictures. Lots of light in all the rooms, very comfortable beds and very good shower. The host, Gerry, gave us a warm welcome and was around if we needed anything. He certainly was the best of hosts. We would stay in his flat again if we come back to Dublin.

Excellent location and value for money in Dublin. Close to all amenities and tourist sites. If you don't wat to walk there are excellent bus connections to all of the tourist sites. Added plus for visitors who want to cook East Asian food is the nearby "Oriental Emporium" which sells most things you need for Chinese, Japanese or Korean cooking. Also, the excellent and very affordable "757" Airlink service to and from the Airport stops nearby the apartment.

Gerry was an absolute wonderful host during my stay in Dublin. He allowed my friend and I to check in early to the apartment, helped arrange taxis for us to our day trip and to the airport when we left, he was readily available when we had a question or needed to borrow a blow dryer. Gerry provided us with countless recommendations and directions to easily navigate around Dublin and was extremely warm and welcoming! He really made our time spent in Dublin memorable and his accommodations were simple and as advertised. the apartment was just off the canal which was a beautiful site to see as we walked into the city center. The location is perfect if you want to larger perspective for Dublin and be within walking distance of several different areas. I would highly recommend staying at Gerry's apartment should you find yourself in Dublin.

I am a very friendly and helpful person and I like to give that extra stitch and make sure my guests needs are looked after. ie places to go, sight seeing etc. My main mode of travel around the city is cycling and walking. I can organize a bicycle for getting around the city. …
