Ground floor apartment in the heart of Fulham, off the popular Muster Village. Newly renovated to include an open plan living room/kitchen, with fully fitted kitchen and widescreen TV. This space also includes bi-fold doors which open out to a cosy decked garden with seating - with lovely lavender plants. There is also a dining table that seats max 6 people and large L-shaped sofa, which folds out into a double sofa bed.

Bedrooms:

The flat has 2 double fully furnished bedrooms and one double sofa bed. The apartment can sleep between 4 - 6 people. One of the bedrooms is en-suite. All have wardrobe and cupboard space.

Bathrooms:

The flat has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite. Both have power shower, sink, toilet and vanity mirror.

Local area: Quick transport links into central London, either via bus or tube. A short 5 minute walk to the River Thames, Fulham Palace, parks, pubs, the Kings Road and many more other delights.

What's the minimum length of stay?

3 nights minimum. If you'd like to stay for less, you can do this whilst paying for 3. It will certainly be cheaper than an up-market hotel.

What costs are involved, besides the rent?

We charge a cleaning fee and security deposit. We take huge pride in our home and hope you will treat it the same.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund, no questions asked, within 24 hours of making it. Thereafter, if you wish to cancel, we'll refund whatever you've paid up to that date subject to our ability to re-let the property over your dates. We recommend taking out travel insurance that protects you from any losses that may result from having to cancel.

How do we get to the property?

We strongly recommend taking a taxi from the airport. Other bus and train routes are available though.

When are check in & check out times?

Standard times to observe are 12pm for check in and 12pm for check out. However, we try to be flexible and can usually accommodate other reasonable times free of charge.

How do we check out of the property at the end of our stay?

Contact us via mobile phone and we will meet you at the apartment to exchange keys.

In what condition will the property be when I arrive?

The property will be professionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival. The beds will be made up with fresh linen and towels will be provided. We also leave toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent and dishcloths.

How are the properties equipped?

With all the appliances you would expect in a normal home. Free wifi is accessible in every room. This also includes a BBQ and a TV in the main bedroom and living room (smart).

What hidden costs are there relating to the use of the property?

None. The quote includes all utility bills (i.e. water, gas, electricity etc.). There is no telephone though.

We have stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the start of 2017 in London, This Apartment is a good place for us to understand this city, which is not too far from tube but more close to bus station. This apartment is absolutely comfortable , clean and spacious for 4-6 peoples to stay. We got some miscommunication with the host on getting the key by ourself when we just arrived( around 30mins), however Jamie can keep close contact with us to Solve our accommodation problem( even our arrival time is around 5-6am). Thanks for Jamie's arrangement and help!

Really nice flat in an area that we know and love. Clean, modern and well looked after with a small, but nice terrace at the rear. Jamie was always responsive, easy to get in touch with and provided everything we expected.

The house was perfect! Exactly as described and wonderful for what we needed. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and the 2 bathrooms are excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to find everything we needed, cooking at home was so handy and easy with the Tesco just down the road. We were fortunate to be able to use the garden regularly and had the bifold doors open when we were at home which gave a lovely summer feel to the home. We were given a rundown on the house and a quick tour before Jamie & Katie left us to it, the guide was handy and contained all of the information we needed. They were contactable if required and more than happy to help. We found using Putney Bridge station easy by catching a bus straight from the end of the street for 2 stops, it cut out the walk with a child and they run very frequently. The tube didn't take long to hit the centre of town and everything was super accessible for us from the district line. I'd have no hesitation to recommend the home and the hosts and am super glad this was my first Air BnB experience, I'd use them again if need be. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable and easy!
