The space

Beautiful 1st floor completely renovated with terrasse and private backyard including a double parking.

Located in Villeray's neighborhood, in front of the bicycle path, near Jean-Talon metro and market, this luminous apartment is ideal for a family who needs quiet nights and lots of activities during the day.

The apartment includes 2 bedroom, one with a comfortable queen bed, the other one with two single beds. The sofa bed (2 seater) is in the basement.

The rest of the apartment is an open space. Gourmet kitchen with a huge counter perfect for those who love to cook, dining room and living room with a 42'' cable tv and a piano.

The apartment is furnished and equipped (dish-washer, washing machine/dryer, microwave, dishes, sheets, towels, WI-FI, BBQ, etc.).

Very close to all shops: grocery shop, drugstore, Jean-Talon market (where you'll find Quebec's finest products), bakery, liquor store, Bixi (Montreal City bikes) at the corner, many parks and swimming pools for kids.

Finding the place was very easy - parking is at the back and the actual space is large though access is a little tight. If you have a big car or SUV it might take a while to get in. The place look as it does in pictures - is clean, open and bright; it seems (at time of writing) to be undergoing renovation though this in no way affects your stay. There is one master bedroom and one smaller (child's room) with a single bed. The bathroom and shower are new and very nice! We like this area as it is close to Jean Talon Market and also only 20 mins or so from town so for us it is in a perfect location. Of course, we had a car which makes it much easier. Simon left us detailed instructions that made reaching his place and accessing it a breeze.

About the parking, must I say (no offense to Andreas) that I myself have a SUV, and I considere that once you've tried it, it becomes very easy to get in. No concern here.

The place is beautiful. Lots of great natural sunlight and a very nice back hard. Enjoyed it thoroughly. The location is ideal, close to the metro station and the bixie bike station and the Jean Talon market. Simon was very hospitable and a very gracious host and very responsive. I would highly recommend the place for any visitors. It looks exactly like the pictures posted.

L'appartement est parfait très bien situé le métro ,marché jean talon,commerces et restaurants sympathiques sont à proximité L'appartement est agréable et bien avancé le seul bémol la lumière au niveau de la cave et la machine à laver très ancienne et l'accès pas facile.
