So sorry things weren’t up to standard your stay but as you know my maid was in the hospital for two days and had to rely on her daughter to help her out.
I know most of those things should’ve been at the apartment at the time but in my 5 year experience as an Airbnb host I realized giving total access to all my towels, toilet paper and paper towels was not working for me. Guests have used paper towels as floor mats and usually use everything they can get their hands on, even if they’re only there for a day -as a perfect example those sheets on the bed that day were an extra sheet set we had left at the apartment and some guests had the brilliant idea to use them to eat “Greek yogurt” on. Unfortunately her daughter only found out the stains hadn’t come off when she was already at the apartment and with her mom in the hospital you can imagine she had no time to drive 30 miles to change them.
I know this was all a nuisance and can’t apologies enough, but as I mentioned there was a store only 3 blocks away from the apartment where you could’ve picked up some towels and the laundromat from across the street would’ve had them washed and dried for you in 15 minutes. Best Rich
