The 2 floors house is an ex painters’ atelier, it is completely furnished and offers a charming loft-style open space with dining room and sofa corner, a kitchen facing a small flowered garden-court, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath tube).
-Wifi is available. Neighbours are lovely and you will feel a very Parisian atmosphere.
You will find at first floor:
-a large open space (60 m2) living-room with a comfy double sofa bed, a bench, a piano and a drum, a desk, library and a 12 guests wood table.
-a fully equipped kitchen with of 15m2 opening on a small garden court. Washing and drying machines are available.
-a full Italian bathroom with shower.
at second floor:
-a small office with library, and mezzanine bed.
-a large bedroom with a queen size bed and wall-closet.
-a bedroom equipped for 1 or 2 kids with wall-closet and a nice view on a garden court.
-a single bedroom
-a full bathroom with bath tube.
Available from 1th of August 2014. Minimum staying 2 months.

Ideal for Academicians : Sorbonne University, College de France, Ecole Normale, Institute Poincare are 10 min bus/metro (2 stations). University Pierre et Marie Curie, IPGP and Museum are at 15 min.
