Gorgeous, big, tastefully decorated, very comfortable studio flat, 5-10 minutes walk into town, or to the beach. Everything is thought of: local info, seating for comfort and for dining, heating, fans, complimentary tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, cereal, milk, jam, wine..... Ruth is lovely :-) Didn't want to leave.

Ruth's place is very well located, being just a short walk from the town and the beach. There is much to see and do in the area. The accommodation is very well presented, exceptionally clean and with lots of 'extras' to make your stay a pleasant one. We would go back again! Ruth's communication is very good and Ruth herself is a lovely host. Highly recommended .

Ruth was a lovely, kind and professional host. We felt welcome even before we arrived as she had (very efficiently) sent us all of the arrival details way ahead of time. The studio was fantastic - not too small AND perfectly formed. Not only was there a comfortable bed (and a spare roll away for our son), but a TV, DVDs, breakfast table, boardgames and plenty of maps/information about the area. And the flat's location cannot be beat - in a peaceful location on a quiet road yet just a few minutes walk to the beach! Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend this studio highly enough. Beautiful throughout and the wine and brioche Ruth so thoughtfully left for us were an unexpected gift.

Lovely studio, well decorated and spotlessly clean. Ruth very friendly and helpful. Convenient for the seafront and town. Can recommend the Cafe on the Exe for a unique dining experience. Don't forget your jacket as it can be chilly on the ferry.
