My immaculate Home is ideal for people who enjoy a relaxing stay.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to feel at home or entertain!

Air Conditioner, Washer/Dryer, spacious open concept, private parking are just a few amenities…

Centrally located, Long Beach (LGB) Airport and Convention Center, Starbucks, parks & biking distance to the Beach!

Easy access to the Freeways, you'll be in Los Angeles (Venice Beach/Santa Monica) or Orange County (Disneyland) in no time.

The space

The uniqueness of this space is, ironically enough, the space. Walk into my Home and the first thing that strikes you is the massive expanse that is the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room (and don't forget about the Shagadelic Loft).

With an equally impressive backyard and a newly renovated Kitchen, this place has something for everyone.

Oh, and did I mention the 171" Projection Wall? Enjoy in-home entertainment as if you were out, with my cinematic Projection Wall, connected to an AppleTV and a PlayStation 4! It's Experiential!

I've also just installed a new Central Air Conditioner, so you'll be cool for the Summer :)

Guest access

As my Guest, you'll have access to my entire Home, which includes a Washer/Dryer, a Keurig Coffee Maker and I also offer other Incidentals to get you going in the morning.

The places that are off limits would be the Garage and the Back Sheds (trust me, nothing exciting there).

Interaction with guests

I am available on a daily basis and prefer that guests send a Message if they have any questions or requests. I can attend to most any of your needs quickly and efficiently, so please don't hesitate to reach out.

Other things to note

Be courteous to the Neighborhood and Neighbors.
Be cautious of the Street Parking Signs.
The Gardner comes on Tuesdays.
The Trash can be put out Tuesday nights.

Such obligation on the part of the Tenant shall exist regardless of any actual or alleged negligence or fault on the part of the Owner. By accepting this booking, Tenant agrees to abide by the above hold harmless clause.

I truly hope you enjoy your stay at my Home! I simply ask to not only treat my home like you would your own, but also be mindful and respectful to my neighbors and neighborhood as it is a quiet area and I know my immediate neighbors enjoy their peace and privacy.

After a bad experience at a previous Airbnb, Giovanni's place was the exact opposite of a bad experience. It was great!!! Very clean home with a lot of amenities. Amazing communication. Overall 10/10!
