Hello travelers! This is a big and cozy room to stay, one bathroom, 1 min away from the train and 15min from the city! Comfortably fits two or we can provide a blow up mattress for a 3rd. The windows face a courtyard so there is no street noise.

The space

Our three-bedroom apartment has a private, generously-sized guest bedroom on the first floor. The room has a brand new full-sized bed, a desk, a nightstand and a closet with hangers. There is a full-sized kitchen, living room and a private half bath for guests to use.

The guest room has its own AC unit which you will have complete control over, so you can stay cool this summer after being out in the New York heat all day!

The room can accommodate two people in one bed and if there's a third person we have an air mattress.

The other people living in the apartment are me (Sebastian) and Giancarlo--both Peruvian musicians. We are friendly guys and like to provide a comfortable place to stay for our renters.

We have flexible check-in and check-out times and will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to make their stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. If needed, we have space to store any luggage for you before you check in or after you check out.

Guests are free to use our full kitchen (including our pots, pans, etc.) and dining table. Guests are also free to relax in the living and dining room.

We generally like to give our guests their space. After the hustle and bustle of being out in New York City, it can be nice to relax quietly back at the apartment. That being said, we will be home and happy to chat, have dinner, give directions, suggestions, or hang out if guests want some company.

The place was everything it promised to be, ideal for us. The room is bright and sunny, and couple of days I used the desk and wifi to get some work done. Great coffee place (Little Skips) nearby, and a quick train to Williamsburg and Manhattan. Sebastian and Giancarlo were super friendly and helpful, and really made us feel at home. Like good friends. Thanks guys!

My stay at Sebastian was great, I always felt very comfortable at his place. The whole apartment and bedroom are very spacious and clean. There is a bathroom next to the bedroom with soaps, towels, shampoo and toothpaste. Sebastian was very welcoming and flexible (he waited for me for a late check-in), he also gave me a bunch of recommendations about the city and answered all my emails very fast. I highly recommend it It was a great experience, thanks so much Sebastian for taking care of me!

Sebastian was extremely generous with his time, and made me feel right at home. The photos and description on air bnb accurately reflect the state of the apartment - it's clean, spacious, and in a very convenient location. The train station next to Sebastian's place can get you to Williamsburg and Manhattan within 10-15 minutes. I would recommend staying at Sebastian's place without any hesitation.

My first experience in Airbnb couldn't be better. Sebastian and Giancarlo are great hosts and really know NYC. They helped me and my two friends to discover great places in the city. The apartament is very close to train station and the price was very good. The room is spacious as seen in the picture and we felt comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Sebastian was our first host during our first AirBnb-Trip and we really enjoyed our stay with him!! He was super friendly, nice and warm and were everytime available for questions or if we needed help. The apartment is really huge for NYC and we had a lot of space for use. At first sight the neighborhood seemed a little bit unused for us but actually we felt very safe and welcomed there. Thank you for the great experience :)

The house was quaint and had everything I needed for the 5 days! Extremely close to the subway (literally around the corner) and the room was very subtle and cozy. About a 20-25 minute ride into the heart of Manhattan on the J-train and a hustle and bustle neighborhood! It was a great NYC experience and enjoyed every minute of it.

I'm a 27-year-old Sound Engineer/Musician. I grew up in Lima, Peru but I’ve living in New York for the last three years. My main job is recording and mixing music, in other words, make music sound clear and enjoyable. Apart from being surrounded by music almost 24/7, I love practicing sports and being at the beach.

I love meeting new people; New York’s cultural diversity may have been it’s biggest lesson. As a host, I'd love to help you out and get you acclimated to whatever extent makes you feel comfortable. My schedule is generally fairly flexible, so I'd be happy to invite you as I'm doing whatever I do in the city, and I'm also happy to give you space to explore on your own - it's whatever you'd prefer. Would love to host you!
