Newly renovated apartment located in residential area of Pointe aux Canonniers, on the ground floor of a 2-storey building. Featuring one bedroom en-suite, a spacious terrace overlooking the swimming pool and tropical garden, small living room and equipped kitchen. Ideal for a couple on a holiday trip. French bakery just around the corner, Mon Choisy public beach is 3 mins by car or bus, restaurants and shops at walking distance.

In a residential area of Pointe aux Canonniers which is 5 mins from the center of Grand-Baie. French bakery, restaurants, wine store, supermarket are all within walking distance as well as a pharmacy, Medical Center (opened 24/7) and a fuel station.

Beach of Mon Choisy is 3 mins by car or bus (2 stops) and is ideal for jogging and beach & water activities. The lagoon is perfect for swimming. For those wishing to enjoy the beach when it is less crowed, it is better to go during the week. Sunsets are beautiful on this side of the island.
