Three bedrooms each with full bath and a/c, study and living room dining room each with a/c, and a half bath. Sleeps 8 in 2 double beds (which can be separated into XL twins) and 1 bunk bed and 2 twin beds which can be made as a double.
Includes daily cleaning service 830 to 1 pm Monday thru Friday except holidays.

Property is 205m2 which includes a 45 m2 terrace.

Location LA BOQUILLA. 10 minute taxi to the old city.

Night means a 2 pm - arrival and 12 pm departure. WE CANNOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS.

You will be required to provide identification, family relationship proof and fill out and sign a rental agreement which includes acknowledgement of all legal tourism policies. Including:

• We guarantee and ensure that the rights and duties of our suppliers, employees and customers are fulfilled.

• We promote local businesses, products and employees. Therefore, we are committed to the cultural heritage of the city our culture and gastronomy.

• We are committed to the importance of our region’s growth and improvement, which is why we support our community by buying their products and supporting them whenever necessary.

• Finally, we declare that we are against the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (CSEC).

We are aware of the impacts generated by our provision of tourism services, and our team is committed to developing activities for environmental conservation and promotion of the cultural and economic heritage of the region. In order to prevent and reduce negative impacts, and to maximize positive ones, we will promote the participation of clients and guests, inform our suppliers and train our employees to participate in the development of sustainability actions integrated to the provision of services of our apartment hotel and meet the needs of our clients, as well as choose suppliers according to sustainability criteria and offer our employees an adequate work environment, in compliance with current regulations and rejecting any commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

Other things to note
Please note that the building is very strict. You must be willing to provide copies of your passports for security checks, family relationship verification and proof of parental permission if both parents of a minor are not present. You must sign a separate rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

Our building does not allow day guests and however we personally feel about that (not so great, its a bit drastic) you can be assured of a quiet family residential environment within our building during your stay. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for exceptions to any building rule including guests.


Our FONTUR (RNT) registration is 24166. Certificate available on request.

You must also agree to our Sustainable Tourism policies which are required by law in a separate written contract within 72 hours of booking.
