I am suprised to read such a review, as we usually receive very positive feedback from our guests, as other comments of our listing show in Airbnb.
We feature pictures of all the facilities in our place online, to ensure that our guests will feel very comfortable during their stay with us. We are "budget place" in Airbnb listing, we thrive to deliver the best value for money to all our guests.
Allow us to express our sincere apologies for hearing that you lost your bracelet. But we have shown you the record in our CCTV regarding your lost, you're not even sure if you lose it in your room or in the streets when you are going out. You say it when we are watching the record !!!
For 3 years we have been operating no one ever lost their belongings in our place. Please dont blame us for your own negligences and be more wise in writting review.
And after you check out, we still serve you with our best service. You were still waiting here until noon and you even still using kitchen and cook in there.
And we also granted your wish to reschedule just a day before (that all of sudden), even though our listing rules in Airbnb is strict which is mean you could reschedule buy you cant take back your money, but we still give your money back 100% meanwhile ourplace in high season (Ied mubarak+school holiday). Didnt you remember?
Regarding the toilet, we design that to make it easier to be fixed if anything happens. It should not matter at all for activity someone in the toilet. Everything is still covered with concrete walls. No without a roof !! You're exaggerating.
And about our kitchen is a public kitchen, everyone can use and leave it, but our staff keep cleaning the kitchen every day at a certain moment. Maybe you use the kitchen shortly after someone else.
Before you check in, I have explained that the staff can not speak english, it is not a problem because i am always there to help,
My phone number, (Hidden by Airbnb) and airbnb message are always quick to reply, and I can inform the staff if I'm not in there and I live there.
