Interaction with guests
My entire family is involved with this venture, and interacts with guests on a daily basis. Along with the staff Manager, we take pride in personally assisting guests with any of the many issues they may need to have addressed on a daily basis. My children (ages 31, 29, 21 and 19) and I take turns at manning the reception desk outside the 8 to 5, Monday to Friday work-week of the staff Manager.
Medium(ish) height, sapodilla brown complexion, clean shaven, green eyes, bow-legged. I could say I'm good looking . . . but I'd be LYING!!! Passion for music and tennis. Used to be a semi-professional entertainer (soca / calypso singer and musician) actually. Also used to be the CEO of the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago, the first local Managing Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation and CEO of the Copyright Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago . . . at different times, of course. Lighthearted about life, serious about the pursuit of excellence in ALL THINGS and at ALL TIMES. Might sound corny, but I just love to make people happy.
