Huge space, great transportation links, private entire flat, trendy place for young people, plenty of place to hang out such like brick lane, Shoreditch...best shopping place both for brands and vintage, plenty of nice bars, clubs, restaurants , and a 24 hours big Tesco just around the corner to get you drinks or food at anytime.

Park: A huge park opposite the flat, could see the skyline of the city and central London.

Brick lane vintage/food market: 2 mins walk to the famous brick lane which full of vintage markets, shops, food, and street art. Famous records shop rough trade and other good records shops are there too.

Shopping: On the brick lane, Red church street area you could discover lots of designers boutique. Old Spitalfields Market has more famous brands such as Chanel, or fast fashion brands COS Urban Outfitters... Boxpark is another must check in place to discover new brands. This area is one of the best places to do shopping in London.

Eat: Also the best place to discover nice restaurants such as Flat Iron a must check in Steak Restaurant. Saturday broadway market and Sunday brick lane food market is a place to try some local foods in a bargain. Don’t forgot the borough market which open everyday near London Bridge! There are many nice coffee , bubble tea, cakes shop on brick lane as well as some vegan places. Maybe you have heard of the Cereal killers, Dark sugar chocolate and Nude coffee? They are all must check-in places in london. Take time and explore the food in London you will always find some surprise!

Night out: Shoreditch is the best night out place for young people in London, lots of great gig venue like Underground Village, and rooftop bar McQueen, techno place cafe 1001. Plus lots of nice bars such like London Cocktail club.

Flower market: 5 mins walk to Columbia Road market where lots of boutique and Sunday flower market.

Attractions: V&A Children Museum, Whitechapel Gallery, Tower of London, Sky Garden are all in a walk distance or no more than 10 mins by bus.

Transportation: Tube station, bus, overground are all nearby, 15 mins to Oxford Circus or any central place.
