Just redecorated... 5 star reviews, great value for a pretty & stylish apartment sleeps up to 4 with own private garden. Great location near hip Dalston, Shorditch. Easy access to West End/City. 1 bedroom, lounge with spare mattresses.
January 2016, we have completed redecoration of this apartment so it looks better than photos might suggest.
We have also this summer repainted the exterior. A recent review mentioned that window in bathroom doesn't open. It does you just need to twist the window key to unlock.
For further reviews and options you can also refer to our other listings, we are here to ensure you have a perfect stay!
This is a 45m2 ground floor apartment with garden. To a Japanese tourist living in a small apartment in Tokyo it may appear huge, to someboy living in a country house in the USA it may appear small! Subjective is the word.
There are steps to go up and down. to get to entrance via the rear garden. This apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues, sorry, there is little we can do to redress this.
Quaint Victorian ground floor flat with own small garden, tastefully furnished. The flat consists of one bedroom with king size bed, high quality hmattress and with adjoining bathroom with bath and showering facilities.
There is a separate lounge complete with sofa (not sofa bed). We can squeeze 2 extra people via quality single mattresses I can supply (far more comfy than any sofabed). Wifi, cable /smart TV and a coffee machine. There is a small kitchen, should you choose to cook complete with all necessary items to make yourself truly at home! All basics are there tea sugar milk, condiments.
The apartment is in a super location in respect of access to hip Dalston with its array of bars restaurants and cafés, chilled out Stoke Newington and the popular Angel Islington. the street itself is a residential street and relatively quiet.
There is easy access via tube, overground, bus or taxi to all parts of London. We are on hand to give any advice for where to go or how to get there.
Sole use of garden... weather allowing of course! Apartment is converted from an old Victorian house and you have your own entrance from the street, so you are completely independent.
I should point out that this flat despite being on the ground floor is unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with any serious mobility issues, this is due to the fact there are stairs to navigate to gain access via the rear of the house.
Interaction with guests
We are on hand living locally close by to help with any requests or problems should they arise. This is an independent self-contained apartment where guests will be free to come and go with their own keys. Being social creatures we have good knowledge of places to go, do feel free to ask or better still refer to our comprehensive Air BNB guide.!
Other things to note
Price listed is for two people we can accommodate up to two extra people with comfy mattresses stored in the apartment, these are normally stored under the main bed and can be placed in lounge..
Our properties tend to book out quickly so bear in mind to book as expediently as your circumstances allow.
We are flexible over check in and out times but we do like to prepare properties to ensure everything is in order so whilst flexible we do expect guests to be co-operative and flexible themselves. This may mean checking out and we storing luggage if need be.
Any questions... Just ask!
This is our home and therefore not a party house, so all we ask is to be respectful of the space.
Smoking. We don't approve of smoking inside the apartment there is a garden outside that smokers can retreat to.
