Pablo is a great host, very eager to share his knowledge of San Sebastián. He was good to communicate with and was quick to fix any issues. The apartment itself is in a really perfect location in the old town and equipped with all the things you need. Because the it isn't lived in permanently and one of the rooms has bunks, it can have a bit of a mini-hostel vibe depending upon the other guests. I think we happened to have a particularly noisy group who came home and made noise at 3am, but I see from other reviews that others haven't had this experience so maybe we were just unlucky. Apart from that, being some earplugs and this is a good value place to stay in San Seb close to the beach and a million bars and restaurants!
