Our modern B&B is peaceful with a rural setting. Enjoy your own garden area & hot tub under the stars with rural & sunset views. Only minutes drive from Matamata which has supermarkets, restaurants, pubs etc and 10 minutes' drive from Hobbiton Movie Set Tours. Breakfast (self serve in your own kitchenette) included.

*Please note you need your own private transportation to stay here - there are no taxis or public transport in our cute little country town!

The space
The apartment is equipped with kitchen facilities, spacious bathroom and a bedroom that can sleep two singles or a couple (King size). There is a lounge area with couch and coffee table, leading out sliding doors to your own garden area with table and chairs.

A heat pump allows you to set your comfortable temperature, keeping you cool in summer and toasty warm in winter. The sliding door and bedroom window have fly-screens so you can open these up without flies and other insects bothering you.

During your stay

We are a warm and welcoming family but have a busy orchard and greenhouse to run so we wont be in your face all the time! Our door is always open for questions of course. We respect our guests' privacy but also enjoy meeting our guests - it's up to you on the level of interaction you prefer.

Now with Covid we are requiring a resent negative covid test or covid vaccinations!
