Welcome to our spacious one of a kind downtown home! Inside you'll find a true 2 bedroom loft with separated rooms and an expansive living/dining room. The loft features 2 TRUE bedrooms w/ doors, 2 FULL bathrooms (1 private master bath, 1 jack-n-jill" style. The loft is anointed with high end furnishings from Restoration Hardware, West Elm, Anthropology, CB2, etc. and has 3 beds to accommodate up to 6 people.

Our loft is just a short walk to all that Downtown Los Angeles has to offer. Take a walk around the block and you're SURE to run into a movie, music-video or TV show being filmed!

Go see a Lakers, Clippers or Kings game at the Staples Center, see the newest exhibit at MOCA, a concert at Nokia Theatre, or an performance from the LA Philharmonic at Walt Disney Concert Hall -- all within a 1 mile radius of this great loft. Feel like exploring outside of downtown? Hollywood perhaps? Great! • Our guests are provided single vehicle parking access at the communities ON-SITE underground gated and secure 24-hour parking, for the entire duration of their stay.

• Parking is offered at a flat rate of $15 per night.*

**As a comparison, please do consider the average nightly parking charge in the downtown area can be as much as $50 per night. Valet at local hotels can cost as much as $70/day. We provide our guests with gated secured parking inside of building for the low price of $15 per night, which includes 24 hour per day access and the freedom to come and go without incurring additional charges.

NO SMOKING -- this building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including both private and communal roof-top areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit

NOISE: We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS from 10PM-8AM (week) and 11PM - 9AM (weekends).

NO LARGE GATHERINGS/PARTIES

VISITORS: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. We do ask that the number of visitors be limited to 5 individuals during your stay.

NO LIT CANDLES -- We have electric battery-operated candles for all your mood-lighting needs :)

NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS -- If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or advertising shoots please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

DAMAGE: We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.

First time in air bnb did not get the manuel until after we ckecked in very confusing but ok otherwise great savings from hotel but i like hotels better so bad for me but try it for yourself

Hi Joey, as I mentioned my upstairs neighbor had a fire prior to your stay and my apartment was in need of major repairs. While I did send you the necessary check-in details for that apartment in a timely fashion, because I was forced to move you (at your discretion) relatively last minute I did have to send you the new check-in instructions. These were sent 24 hours prior to your arrival but I do understand you were confused and for that I apologize. Hi Alexis, a few quick points of clarity. I did not cancel, but rather Airbnb did. This was due to the fire in the upstairs apartment, which you were made aware of but failed to mention here. Secondly, while yes, the cancellation was within 24 hours I want to clarify that you also booked inside of 24 hours from your check-in. Airbnb had blocked my calendar and turned off instant book but somehow you were able to book, which was an error as I understand it from my conversation(s) with Airbnb. I am sorry this didn't work out and apologize for any inconvenience.

A very nice place in downtown LA--and worked perfectly for us as we visited our son (a USC student). We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and roof deck. Beds were comfortable and the apartment set up worked well for us. Alex's communication was very responsive and service-oriented. Recommended!

Very spacious; more so than the photos can give justice to. You can see the east side of LACC from the windows and minutes to walk to. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking so we didn't need to go out to eat late at night after coming back to the room. Would recommend if you are working for an event at the LACC.
