The apartment is on the ground floor of an impressive Victorian mansion. It's centrally located in Brighton & Hove and a 100m to the beach seafront and a short walk from the centre of Brighton.

The space

A Victorian 2 bedroom mansion apartment in fabulous Brighton, with high ceilings and period features that has just been fully refurbished, decorated and furnished throughout. It's peaceful and relaxing with a light sunny lounge that has views to the sea.
The beds are brand new with new memory foam orthopaedic mattresses, with luxury cotton duvets and bed linen with white towels.

The spacious open-plan lounge is perfect for eating and drinking and watching the vibrant Brighton world go by or relaxing reading a book facing the sea with a perfect glass of wine.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and access to shared rear garden.

A lovely apartment, a moment from the sea front in Hove. It's in a beautiful large detached house that appears to have been converted to apartments in the 1940s. Brod's apartment is very clean and he was there himself to check us in and gave a handy guide to his favourite eateries and bars in the vicinity. There are plenty; it's a very hip part of town. I only managed to try one of the cafes as I was down for the Labour Conference. The only slight problem was with the second set of keys that Brod kindly sorted for my 'flatmate' and I - one of the keys didn't work. Luckily I was awake to let him in - even if it was 3am! A lovely place to stay. I wish I could have hung out a few days longer to explore. Hove is a place to fall for I think.

We loved staying at Brod's place. We were so close to the sea and able to run along the seafront in the mornings; also close to Hove's excellent coffee shops, brunch places and evening spots including a pub with live music most nights - everything we could want on our doorstep. Brighton is easy to walk to, or even quicker on the new public city bikes located at the end of the road.

My girlfriend and I were looking to have a weekend away from busy London. Brod welcome us in his Brighton home, a very pleasant flat located on this fantastic residential neighbourhood. Brod is really cool landlord to have, also he is well prepare with a list of restaurants and Tips for a perfect stay. The flat is modern, very clean, with plenty of day light on a very quiet street, in other words perfect place to retreat! We loved the time there and can't wait to come back. Brod is a very accommodating host with a great personality. (He's a cool guy) Checking in at his place felt very natural and he makes you feel at ease. The residence is well maintained in a good building, it is very spacious and clean with personalized decor. Exploring Brighton is very easy from this location, coffee shops, restaurants and central Brighton is near. The area is a nice street close to the seafront. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Brod for making this visit a wonderful memory.
