Our house is on a cute hidden drive just off of the main street (Washington Ave) in Downtown Golden. We are .5 miles walk to the beginning of Downtown Golden. It is a very easy, downhill walk into town and a bit of a push uphill to get back to the house. GREAT for anyone who likes to bike or run.

We are a 420, Cannabis, weed, grass, marijuana and pot friendly residence! 420 can be smoked inside the house as well as the yard. We leave a bong, pipes and vape for guests to use! If you would like discounts on weed - let us know before your arrival and we will connect you with the right pot shops.
Please no smoking cigarettes in the house. cig smoking is ok by the fire pit and on the front porch -IF THE DOORS ARE CLOSED.l

-Fire pit - Our fire pit is not for the faint of heart. It's a very steep walkway to get to the fire pit - with no railings. Please - if you are not coordinated or uber drunk - BE CAREFUL. Please bring the hose wit you and water down the area around the fire pit before having a fire. keep a bucket full of water just in case.

WE DO NOT HAVE AIRCON but we do provide a couple fans. Our home can get hot during the summer!

There is a key pad on the door. We do not live locally when the house is rented so first interaction is usually via text or call

NO EXTRA GUESTS - Our Neighbor will be watching the house for any such activities.
Keeping the house clean -
We have a $150 fee for 1 person to come in from 11-3 and disinfect surfaces, clean sheets and towels and make beds, sweep, mop and tie up loose ends. 4 hours is not enough time to clean a trashed house.
We require each guest to -
*Take out their own trash - this includes picking up your own trash around the house
*putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher
*remove sheets and towels and put them by the washer and dryer
*If it's not left in this condition there will be extra cleaning fees added
