New home with private access. Large bedroom off deck with Portable Air Conditioning. Perfect for the business traveller, or travellers who like dining out. Only 200 metres to the beach and Tay St Cafe. Ten minute walk to Blake Park. Short walk to main street dining area. Flat 30 minute walk on beach or boardwalk to cafes and Mauao (The Mountain). Desk area and Unlimited fibre. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and fridge (with milk) but no cooking facilities. Has a small fridge in wardrobe.

The space
In quiet street one back from Marine Parade. Very handy to beach, Blake Park, Mount Main Street, Bayfair and numerous restaurants and cafes. Ten minutes by car to airport.

Guest access
You have a generous sized bedroom with a workspace with unlimited fibre. A large walk-in wardrobe with drawers and hanging. There is a bar fridge (with milk) in the wardrobe to keep things cold. You have your own ensuite accessed through a sliding door off the bedroom. All basics are supplied including liquid soap, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, towels and hair dryer. There is a kettle with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There are two wine glasses.

The Mount area is very popular with a lot of sporting codes now using this as there training bases. There is always plenty to see and do. We are a 50 minute drive to Rotorua.

My husband Roger and I have recently retired and moved to the Mount. We have an adult son who lives in Wellington. We love the outdoors and keeping fit. We like bike riding, walking and going to the gym and making the most of our wonderful country and everything it has to offer. We enjoy meeting people and making new friends. Great coffee is a must every morning down at one of the many cafes at the Mount.
