Response from Bill:
Thanks for your feedback, Susan. I saw that there was a very tiny, faint evidence of toothepaste residue left in the sink by the other guests - and this happened between cleanings that took place on 2 consecutive days. Wouldn't you know... you are the one guest (in over 600) who didn't get enough bananas. Never had that complaint before. Most of the bananas go to waste... As for the piano, at 2 am, sorry. My girlfriend didn't realize there was a guest upstairs. (To be fair, she played for 5 seconds before I stopped her). Coffee: 99.9% of the time I have the coffee pot ready so all you have to do is push the button. To prevent this from every happening again, I've posted instructions on "How To Operate an Automatic Drip Coffee Machine: 1. add coffee 2. add water 3. push start. Again, thanks for your feedback. I'll use it to make my place better for each and every guest, without exception.
