Built on the ground floor in front of the street, it is composed of a single 30 square meter room with two windows and is divided between a bed area with a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe for storing luggage and clothes; the kitchen area with 4-burner stove, sink and practical furniture for storing pots and pans, refrigerator; the living area with a nice table with 4 chairs and the bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
