In a very old building - apparently a monastery back in time - resulting from the urban stratification of different historical periods (16th to 20th century), you will find yourself in an all-white design loft in the old and artistic town of Carrara (Tuscany, Italy). Currently 1 BR and 1 bathroom available (while finishing the rest!). Every details has been carefully thought and for this reason the place is still on-the-make. The beauty of contemporary design in an old setting.
When renovation was made, for a number of reasons it was decided to change the main entrance to the apartment. You will therefore enter from the small courtyard that you will find on your left once you have entered into the building. The access (and therefore the keys) to the gated area to reach the apartment is limited to three apartments but only mine has the main entrance there.
When you are in the bathroom, you will see a main door. That door leads outside. The washing machine accessible from that door as it is in a small locked room immediately outside the apartment.
Please consider that there are no curtains in the house. This is a choice (mine, obviously), however, there are shutters.
Please note that at the moment I don't have a closet that can be utilised by guests, sorry!
While the house a two bedrooms and two bathrooms, at the moment, only one bedroom and one bathroom are available for guests' use. The reason for this is simple: the other bedroom and the other bathroom are still in-the-making, and because I live abroad I am taking my time in finishing the works. The parts of the house you will be using are finished, so please be respectful of the place. It took a lot of time and efforts to make it as you see it!
Other things to note
You can write - and I will respond in - also Italian (obviously) and French.
Guests are asked to treat this house with careful attention. The place is carefully designed; it has design furniture and white floor. No shoes allowed in the house. Before leaving guests are asked to ensure that no dirty dishes remain unwashed. Trash needs to be correctly disposed (plastic, paper, glass separately) in the trash cans that can be found on the street.

I will be happy to help you our remotely, but unfortunately I will not be there greeting you or meeting you in person, as I live abroad. As I live 6 hours (time zone EST) west of Italy, my response to your messages may be delayed due to the time difference. I will try to minimise this inconvenience as much as possible, but this is how it is! I also travel quite a bit for work, in which case I will let you know (I may actually be closer to Italy's time zone, or in areas where I have little access to internet connection. In this case, I will make sure someone else can answer to your needs).
