It is a hip neighborhood, with a nice coffee place right at the building a famous club YMCA where performances on weekly basis. Short walk or even a quicker bus ride to the historic center. Ohh, you gotta try famous Pancakes “Lacinka Palacinka” which is about 1min walking distance.
