Gorgeous rustic studio cabin with loft set on 50 acres of farmland with forest, rural outlook,sheep,chickens, farm walks.Sky TV. 2 km to Picton gateway to Queen Charlotte Sounds in Marlborough Sounds, plenty of room for a boat with launching at Waikawa, Picton. Gold dredge tours on offer only 1 hour's drive away in NZ famous Canvastown on the Wakamarina River on our gold claims, pay for one person dredging and others pan for free. If only two of you queen bed made up, add a person for more beds

The space
The rustic cabin has an aged iron roof inside for visual appeal which has a water-based polyurethane finish to prevent further rusting and no inhalation of rust.
The entire farm is off the grid but has electricity running from hydro and solar.
You will have an endless supply of Firewood for the pot belly wood burner (which you can also use to cook on if you wish) and endless hot water provided from a Rinnai Infinity califont. Please google Manuka Manor for a more accurate location satellite or map view of the cabin as the address shows an incorrect position of the cabin

Picton being only 2 kilometres away has numerous restaurants, cafes, the Interislander/Blue Bridge ferries, many cruises and fishing charters available and much more to offer. Please use the fireplace when it's cold and you may need to put more wood on it during the night, but the cabin is fully insulated throughout for your comfort.
