Our beautifully decorated one-bedroom apartment is located on a quiet street in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, a few minutes’ walk to subway, buses, restaurants and bars. Plus, you have the option of getting a parking space inside the building!
It is a light flooded and spacious 1 bedroom apartment (55 m2/600 sq ft), with an en suite large bathroom with bathtub, and a half bathroom. The living room has a dining table that can fit 6, a nice sofa, a 32'' TV and a desk. In the bedroom there is another TV, and a large walking closet. In the kitchen you'll find absolutely everything you might need. The rooms are exquisitely decorated: we've restored a few antique pieces of furniture and matched them with some Scandinavian ones, to get a unique result we're sure you'll love. The bedroom and living room have 2 separate balconies, where you can have a glass of wine while enjoying a lovely open view.
The apartment is on a 5th floor and faces away from the street so it’s extremely quiet. The building has 24-hour security, elevator, a bike storage room and a rooftop with a grill and pool, where you can enjoy amazing views of the neighborhood's skyline.
Other things to note
Do you need a parking space? Let us know and you can have access to a parking spot inside the building.
Extra things you'll enjoy in the apt: a large electronic safe box, washing machine, wifi, cable TV.
For stays longer than a week, we ask guests to pay the weekly 4 hour cleaning that takes place during their stay (around USD 20 in local currency, that go straight to our cleaning lady, who is an amazing person we totally trust).
The mirrored closet inside the bedroom is not available for hosts. However, the large walking closet and hangers are all for hosts´ use.
We are Argentinians (porteños) and have been splitting our time between Buenos Aires and Washington DC for the last few years. We love traveling and meeting people from around the world. I (Romina) am a development economist, an avid biker and passionate about cooking recipes from all over the world. Andres is an accountant, has soccer as religion and knows how to do all types of repairs at home! We speak Spanish, English and French. We recently discovered a love for restoring old furniture, which we put into practice as we were furnishing our apartment. We paid attention to every detail of our home, hoping that it would make our visitors' stay unforgettable.
