This beautiful contemporary-styled home is perfect for a special family gathering. With the golf course on your back doorstep, beach access across the road, and central Mount Maunganui a five minute drive away, this property offers the perfect holiday of relaxation, entertaining and beach fun.

The space
Beautifully styled interiors throughout the home with spacious open planned living makes for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped with a large pantry and laundry area. The lush green golf course offers tranquil surrounds with the outdoor area being idyllic for summer evenings and BBQs. The layout of the home can comfortably accommodate one or two families (up to 8-10 people). This home comes with a separate, cosy and sunny reading lounge- a perfect escape from the main living area. There are four bedrooms and an upstairs rumpus room, which is a wonderful space for children and can be arranged to sleep two children. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe with doors opening to the garden and golf course beyond.

Perhaps most iconic is Mount Maunganui, Mauao, which rises 232 meters from the sea. The walking tracks to the top of this extinct volcano provide 360 degree views which span the entire length of the Bay of Plenty.

Relax on white sand beaches, surf in the warm ocean waves, or swim in the relaxing waters of Pilot Bay. This is a great place to kick back and people watch. Numerous beach, ocean and multisport events are held here utilising the natural features of the Mount and people of all ages enjoy the Main Beach year-round.
