Beautiful home. Truly nicer than the photos. Surprisingly bright with several skylights. Very conveniently located (and it IS walking distance to the plaza).

We truly enjoyed staying with David & Linda--their adobe is perfect--it's clean, charming, cozy and spacious. It's perfectly situated a short jaunt to all the best old town Santa Fe has to offer, and even better that we had one free parking spot! I cannot wait to return here with my family--hopefully very soon. Thanks so much, David & Linda!

We really enjoyed our stay at David and Linda's adobe. The space was large enough for 3 friends having a girls weekend. The location was central and we were able to walk to many sights. We took advantage of the kitchen to cook a few meals. I would stay here again!

The hosts responded to our request quickly and made our arrival convenient. The Adobe had plenty of room for our stay and the location was within walking distance to grocery stores, shopping and cultural events.

Reservations were for August 27-30. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The residence fit all of us comfortably and the home is very charming. It's only a 15 minute walk to The Plaza.

We loved how close this property was to the farmers' market (less than a 10 minute walk) and the Plaza (about 15 minutes). We also loved the modifications David had made--very high ceilings, 14+ feet in the main area, and the brick barrel-vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom and bath. Not only were these visually pleasing but they meant that there was no need for air conditioning. We opened the double doors to the small patio area from the living room and master at night and in the mornings, closed them and put down the blinds in the afternoons when it got hot. The kitchen was small but adequate (good gas stove), the internet worked well, and our AT&T phones worked from anywhere in the house (not always true in Santa Fe). The downsides of the property are that there is a fair amount of street noise, most intrusive the motorcyclists who gun their motors late at night, that the outdoor space is very limited, and that the second bathroom is off the living room, meaning that guests have to enter the public space to enter it. Overall, the house's virtues make it a good value. Also, David was very responsive to small issues we had when we first got there (a non-working garbage disposal, almost no glass ware, etc.)

Amazing stay at Casa Milagro. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space. David was a wonderful host and responded very quickly. Hope to stay there again!
