Cozy and homely apartment close and well connected to the centre of Rome. The apartment is familiar and friendly as we live in it during the year but in the summer we rent it as we want people to experience the vibe of a "roman" apartment!

The space

The apartment is simply unique for its style and vibe. The idea is not to "offer" an apartment for holiday but a living house. In fact, apart from summer, we do live in the house so you'll see that the house has its own personality.
[The apartment size is 75 Sq m]

The apartment has a long corridor that paves the way to a bright living room. In the Living room there is a big library that represents one of our biggest passion.

Close to the Living room there is a nice Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom!

Kitchen and Bathroom are connected throughout a balcony facing the main road.

Bedroom has a Queen size bed very comfortable and nice.

The apartment is very clean, tidy, quite as it is located in a very quiet and residential area.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire house but with some restrictions that you can find in the section HOUSE RULES.

Interaction with guests

We won't be invasive with our guests.
We will be available at any time via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), email or phone.

We will welcome them in the proper Italian way, offering organic delicatessen that we produce such as jams and handmade biscuits.

We hope that the staying of our guest will be memorable!

The flat is great, Lorenzo (and his mother) are great hosts .. he is very pleasant to chat with and would always give you good advice. We stayed for 5 days and met him twice but one feels like he's someone you know for a while. He's straightforward, chilled and prompt in his replays. The flat is about half an hour from major attractions and gives you a very good feel of Roman residential life style away from the noise of tourists, but still easy to get around.

After traveling from much smaller cities throughout Italy, our late arrival in Rome’s Termini station could have felt much more overwhelming if it weren’t for our stay in Lorenzo’s cozy Roman home… close to the metro, clean, local; truly a great stay. Amidst the height of the tourist season, at the end of the day, coming to a place that had a genuine homey atmosphere was a luxury in itself. Waking up and walking down the streets surrounded by locals, ordering morning cappuccino at the bar with the other daily commuters was exactly the kind of special experience we were hoping for in Rome. And Lorenzo? An all-around amazing guy that made our last night in Italy one of the most memorable. Without a doubt, we will return to Rome and spend time with someone we can call a true Roman friend :)

Much bigger apartment then we thought! Was beautiful and on a nice spot in Rome, near the metro station. The mother opened the door for us since Lorenzo was working. Nice woman who showed us everything we needed to know. Unfortunately we didn't meet Lorenzo due time issues but we had a very pleasant stay :-).

I really liked staying at Lorenzo’s. The apartment is exactly as it looks at photos: great interior, cozy and rather specious rooms, huge library, plus nice balcony where we organized our breakfasts. I think the apartment’s location is advantage for those who wants to stay close to city center but far enough from its noisiness. The rout to the center is very simple: 5-minute walk to the metro station plus 15 minutes to city center’s metro stops like Colosseo, Barberini and Termini or you can take a bus – up to your preferences. Nearby, there are a 24-hour open Carrefour and several nice places just to grab pizza, coffee or Italian baking. Lorenzo is a very friendly and thoughtful host who could help with emerging issues within a few minutes. He gave us a complete briefing on places to visit and how to get there =) Thanks a lot Lorenzo, was great meeting you and staying at your apartment. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who comes to visit Rome. Enjoy your time here =)

We had a great time in Rome in Lozenzo's apartment. It's comfortable and cosy, located only 5 minutes away from subway, in a quiet street. Lorenzo is a really nice person, willing to help and available via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or text messages. I would highly recommend you to stay in Lorenzo's flat !
