We had a fantastic stay with Kristin' and Jean-Lou who were very kind and helpful. Their place was comfortable with lots of beautiful art, and just a short walk into the old town. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay with them again and recommend their place to others. Merci pour un très bon séjour :)

Bayeux is a charming village to visit and ad to it the Normandy beach historic sites and dot is an excellent place to visit. Their place looks rather drab and very normal from the outside, but inside it is a remodeled dream (as per Jean-Lou's plan to make it look inconspicuous). Nice room and large garden outback where you can smoke. Carry your luggage upstairs to the bedroom. In all - an excellent location!

Kristin, Jean-Lou and their daughter Eléonore were extremely welcoming and accommodating with a nothing-is-too-difficult attitude. This house has a wonderful energy, with its creativity and tranquil garden, as well as a great location, only ten minutes to town by foot. The town of Bayeux is very proud of their Medieval history and there is a lot to see and learn. The bedroom is accurately described and bathroom is exclusive to the guest. Only downside is the wifi is slow in the room. Breakfast provided was delicious with homemade jams, a selection of breads, amazing butter and fresh juice, tea or coffee. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Kate :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kristin and Jean-Lou's house. One of us was ill when we arrived in Bayeux, and they were most understanding and helpful about this. They gave very good recommendations for what to do in Bayeux. The house is beautiful, homely and well-located, with a lovely garden. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, and the chance to talk with our hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kirstin and Jean-Lou. Beautiful house in very close proximity of the city centre. Loved the breakfasts of fresh bread, coffee and home-made jam. Would certainly recommend to anybody looking to stay in Bayeux.

Kristin was a wonderful host! She surprised me by picking me up at the train station and then offered to drop me off when I checked out. The room is beautiful and the bed is so comfy. Her garden is so beautiful and the homemade jam made from fruit she grows was delicious! Great place to stay.

In our short stay here Jean-Lou was a very good host providing us with lovely home made jams for breakfast and lots of useful information on Bayeux. Very clean tidy well decorated private room. Jean-Lou went out of his way to take us to the train when we left early. Would be nice to spend more time here and meet Kristin and use the house and garden more Thankyou Jean-Lou.
