* Beds for 8 (6 in single beds and 2 in the queen bed)
* Room for 1-2 more on 2 single mattresses on the floor in end bedrooms.
* Cot available for a baby or toddler (details below).
* All the beds are solid wood NZ rimu flexi-slat beds with 100% cotton sheets, mattress protectors, toppers and electric blankets. Most mattresses are latex & wool.
* Towels are provided.
* All beds have a touch lamp nearby and a nightlight/torch is in the hallway.

ACCESSIBILITY
No steps or hills leading into the single storey home = easily accessible.

* A solid wood folding baby's cot (see photo) is available to use along with bedding.
