Each lockable bedroom fit with queen size bed for two people, therefore it comfortably fit 6. However it can fit 8 people, 2 on double bed on living room.
Leading off 2 large bedrooms are the balconies for you to wining, dinning and taking in the great valley view and glimpse of sea view with magnificent sunrise/sunset.
Linen, towels are supplied.
Free High Speed WIFI system is available upon pre-arrangement at another property 300 meters walking distance under the same management.
Surrounded by quiet neighborhood with beautiful gardens.
Short walking distance to Cannonvale Shopping Centre and a short 2 bus stop ride or 5 minutes drive to Airlie Beach.

Bailey was a very welcoming host. A little disappointed in the facilities of the house, no rubbish bin in kitchen and had to ask for extra toilet rolls. Overall good location and nice views.

I am very happy to meet Suzanne and her friend of a group 6 for the whole house of 3 bedrooms. I used to leave a garbage bin there then I found maggie in the house as guests just don't take them done to the green coucil big garbage bin so I invented this way to let the guests to put in the smaill garbage bag. once it is full, guest knows it is time to take it away otherwise the kitchen is not functional. As I don't stay at this house and I work, I engage cleaner to do the job sometimes they are not available on the day. you know what will happy in tropical climate. about the toilet roll, I put one new roll in each toilet and one full roll in the wardrobe of the master bedroom. I thought that is enough for 6 people for one night. However, upon request for more toilet, I delivered more toilet roll right away and dropped them at the door without interrupting my guest's stay. I am working towards to host my guest full time, by that stage, I am sure I will provide everything as hotel does. Cheers, Suzanne, thank you for your advice.

When we booked there were no reviews or photos of the property (photos of region and garden only), I consider the property is generously described. It is an older highset house with carport and laundry underneath, newly painted inside and out. Aircon is limited to one bedroom only and the house was hot inside (we were there during hottest month December). I don't consider house suitable for very young children, there are steep stairs down to carport with no gate, no lawn and 5 steps up from front door leading directly to road (relatively quiet road). Bailey was a polite host and facilitated our arrival on Xmas day by leaving keys in the letter box, popping down when my husband had trouble with door. Bailey is making an effort to make the house welcoming for guests. Beds are very comfortable, as is large sofa in lounge. Commercial washer and dryer are nice addition for a longer stay, drying racks were provided also. Standard of cleanliness could be better, bathrooms and toilets had not been cleaned and house appeared to have been unoccupied for some time so a quick wipe to remove evidence of pests would have been appreciated. Kitchen was clean and functional (although BBQ hadn't been cleaned since previous use), we were visiting family so did not cook at the house. Kitchen appeared relatively well equipped, albeit had no toaster. Property has no internet, wifi would be a good addition for overseas travelers. Smoke detectors had been removed to paint and not replaced, we advised that this is very dangerous and must be remedied. Property is located a few mins car drive from heart of Airlie Beach, for those who are active, it is 5-7 mins walk down to walking/running path that connects to boardwalk to Airlie (est 3-4kms away). At peak holiday rates it was expensive, we booked late in October and there wasn't other accommodation available.

Thanks Tania, The property had been in real estate agent management for three month, couldn't find ideal tenants I want, so I took it back and advertised it with AIRBNB, meanwhile renovating and furnishing it. so it is a big rush we finished it at 12:00 lunch time on Christmas day. The toaster has been bought by a friend and sorry he forgot to drop it and gone for Christmas lunch with his family. what a Christmas day we have. so does the half smoke detectors he took it off for the painter however put it in his car boot. Thanks Tania and your family be my first guests and sorry for the inconvenient. The house in Queensland in December will be hot anywhere, therefore air conditioner will be the addition to this house in 2015. However the house is very warm and cosy in winter time. For 2015, new addition to this property would be uploaded to the website soon: four-side-fence, with front door gate and drive way gate. landscaping backyard with colorful tropical plants as well as lawn big air conditioner in living room wifi I inquired with Telstra the Australian Communication company, they searched the property is 'might possible' category to have that facility however I did find out my another property called Anchor Tropica with AIRBNB at 198 Shute Harbour Road which is only one street apart is enable to have WIFI system so I definitely put it as addition to ANCHOR TROPICA for sure. So if Telstra could change that 'might possible' to 'possible' for Adina Sunlit Water property I would put wifi system there for your convenient too. Otherwise I can let the guests at Adina Sunlit Water to visit my Anchor Tropica which easy walking distance to my house at Anchor Tropica where the Cannonvale Tafe Campus is. My children play cricket on the lawn of Tafe outside of our back gate. So I can give you password there. property at cannonvale, Airlie Beach is expensive all year round, it will fully booked during the Easter Day season, school holidays, our Race Week, Reef Festival week and Airlie Beach Music Festival sure so to Christmas season. YHA airlie beach charge people $37/per person/night with bump single bed and 20 people in one big room. So I will improve my standard and thinking about to provide freshly grown fruit and vegies grown from the property. so guests can ask me" how much would be if I pick bowel of strawberry and 5 passion fruit , one this big pumpkin? Diffent experience and service, how do you like that? Thank you again Tania for be my first guest and take your time to write me this review, I really appreciate it.
