An immaculately presented Italian cottage set amongst the romantic tranquility of the Niccone Valley, ideally suited to a couple wanting peaceful relaxation in luxurious surroundings and all within easy reach of some of Umbria’s most famous attractions. The cottage is within the grounds of a larger villa but is wholly separate from the Main House and is maintained by the Estates full time Housekeeper.
Please note that the pool is not heated so it is available from end of May till September.

The space
The cottage is surrounded by an extensive olive grove set in a newly landscaped garden of just under 2 hectares. The grounds offer magnificent and unspoilt view over the lush Umbrian countryside and the swimming pool is open from May through September.
Well located for visiting all the historic sights of the region and within easy distance of Perugia and its airport - The closest supermarket is a 15 minute drive away, and the nearest Bar/Trattoria is only a 10 minute walk from the cottage, There are many wonderful restaurants close by and plenty of beautiful walks through the countryside.
