My space is a very tiny, cozy and quite art studio loft for max 2 people located in a safe and wonderful Upper Westside neighborhood one block away from Riverside Park, 4 blocks away from Central Park, 2 blocks from the Subway main red line #1.
As I said: Tiny and cozy with your door lock. It is not a room to hang out, move around because it is small. You have to share bathroom/shower at the end of the hall and there is a toillet just by the entrance door to my art studio apartment. There is a sink and a small fridge inside. No kitchen. No cooking accepted. There is no cough but there are two chairs and a foldable wooden table, Iron and iron board.
In order to get to the bed (loft), you've got to climb a alluminum ladder up to the mattress. Close to the ceiling, but with enough space to move around. I am petit. (Just use caution when going up and down the loft by holding a metal part by the ladder).
It is just one room. You may have access to the room and the amenities (fridge, iron, iron board, water boiler, electric heater, chairs, wooden table, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows).
I will do my best to try to save some space for you to hang your stuff at this hanger holder by my closet wall.
Interaction with guests
I will let you know who to contact in case you need something.
Only you and the person who is going to stay at this place are allowed to come in. If by yourself, please, DO NOT bring anyone else.
Once my art studio, as it says, is full of my simple art work, I ask you, due to space, to move around easily and slowly due to not scratch my art work which are on the lower level.
No smoking at all.
