With 16 acres of private trails, ocean views and sunsets, animals, a small infinity pool and yoga pavilion, it is paradise.

We offer full maid service included in the price, concierge style assistance that helps book trips, massages, other services and can coordinate private meals on location.

The space

The custom-designed balinese-style villas blend into the surrounding landscape beautifully and take full advantage of the cooling breeze from the ocean below.

A plunge pool with waterfall is built into the living space outside the kitchen and sitting room. A rancho at the top of the hill is perfect for morning yoga or sunset happy hour, whichever suits the mood.

Daily cleaning service is included. Private meals, guided night walks, and private yoga sessions all on the property can be arranged.

The villa is amazing. Clean beautiful and location outrageous. You will need a 4 wheel drive. Everything is great except water issues. We had water challenges most of the time. It would shut off completely or trickle and I would need to call caretaker who would fix. Even when fixed it was barely warm if at all in showers. But it was hot outside so it didn't ruin the trip. But something that needs to be addressed

The house is amazing, great please to have a relaxing vacation. To get there you really need a 4x4. You should know they are selling the property, so you might have some interruptions in the property so they can show the house. I personally didn't like this. The house is equipped with everything you will need: towels, kitchen utensils etc. Definitely would stay again.

We rented Zoe's place for 5 nights, and it was one of the best decisions we've made. Costa Rica is a great place for a vacation, but this rental is a destination on its own. It is literally in the middle of the jungle, it feels like Jurassic Park (in a good way) you have to cross a little river and swerve through dirt roads to get there. It is close enough to the great little town of Dominical that it is easy to go in there every day, but far enough away to feel like you have the jungle to yourself. There is also a great hike that takes about 15 minutes from the rental to an amazing swimming hole with a waterfall--I could have spent every day there. It honestly feels like you have rented an entire resort but you have it all to yourself. We were also impressed by the security precautions and the many people who were available to help us. All in all, it was an amazing stay and everything we wanted our Costa Rican vacation to be.

Zoe made arranging our 12 days vacation easy from the start; she was responsive, professional, and provided a wealth of informational materials. She is a true asset to AirBnB! The house is located in an idyllic, very quiet and private area on beautifully maintained gated property. Explore your own private natural reserve to see sloths, howler & Capuchin monkeys, agoutis, armadillos, ant-eaters, toucans and many more! A 4X4 vehicle to access the property is a must as the house is up a steep mountain dirt road, with a stream crossing. The Balinese-style villa is comprised of 3 structures; 2 bedrooms with the living room/kitchen in the center overlooking the plunge infinity pool. Each unit has floor to ceiling windows/glass doors for amazing views. The gazebo overlooks the Pacific and is ideal for morning coffee or watching sunsets. Don't forget the bug spray, you are in the jungle after all! There is no TV & no stereo, but the Wifi is reliable. 2 adorable dogs are also on the grounds, and love to go for walks! Our new friends, Fernando and Evelyn are more than meticulous caretakers, they ARE Costa Rica; generous, genuine, warm and easy going. Don't forget to ask Evelyn to make her world famous tortillas! There are many eating options in Dominicalito and the surrounding towns, and supermarkets too. Don't overlook road-side stands for ceviche and refreshing coconut water. The location is perfect base camp for all that the area has to offer, and that's a lot! Get in the car and discover this beautiful, awe-inspiring country and its warm people! We're already planning to go back :o)

This property is a very special place in a great location, with wonderful locals that take care of it. Thank you Zoe for the amazing week at Villa Reserva. We will be sure to pass along the word to friends and family looking at coming down to the area for a jungle or surf expedition. So much to do in this part of Costa Rica, I'd recommend at least a full week. Our 5 day stay was not near enough! Pura Vida!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the villas and enjoyed every second. The villas are clean, comfortable and beautiful and are the perfect oasis in the jungle. We loved the small surf town of Dominical and hiking around the property. We recommend the villas and would love to visit again in the near future.
