The apartment is in the heart of Neukolln - two minutes away from Rathaus Neukölln U-bahn station. The area is very lively, but fortunately the apartment is located in a quiet building on a quiet street.

The apartment is newly renovated and fitted with a brand new boiler supplying you with the heat and warm water you need this time of year.

The main room is bedroom and living room. The kitchen is separate making it a German 1-room apartment, technically, rather than a studio.

Neukölln is the most lively part of the city. You can see using Google maps how close everything you will be. It is also a great place for Turkish food, and there are a bunch of supermarkets close by.
